We offer three subscription plans:

- Lifetime Plan: $499.99 one-time payment, permanent access

If you're trying TheWkly Premium for the first time, the monthly plan offers flexibility with a lower initial cost. For committed readers, the annual plan provides better value. If you know you want long-term access, the lifetime plan is the most cost-effective option over time.
Billing & Payments
When am I charged?
For monthly and annual plans, you're charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. The lifetime plan is a one-time charge with no recurring payments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
How do I update my payment information?
To update your payment information, please contact our support team. In your message, include your account email and request to update your payment method.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, your payment information is secure. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Subscription Management
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Premium Profile page. After cancellation, you'll continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
For monthly and annual plans, we don't provide partial refunds for the unused portion of your current billing period. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team.
How do I change my subscription plan?
You can change your subscription plan from your Premium Profile page by clicking on the "Change Plan" button. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens if I cancel and resubscribe later?
If you cancel and later decide to resubscribe, you can simply subscribe again through our premium plans page. Your account will be reactivated with premium access based on your new subscription.
Troubleshooting
I was charged but don't have premium access
If you were charged but don't have premium access, please contact our support team immediately. Include your account email and any relevant transaction details.
I see an unexpected charge on my statement
If you see an unexpected charge, check your billing history in your premium profile. If the charge isn't listed there or you believe it's an error, please contact our support team.
I can't access premium content
If you're having trouble accessing premium content:
- Check that you're logged into your account
- Verify your subscription status in your Premium Profile
- Try clearing your browser cache and cookies
- If the issue persists, contact our support team
